+ Where do I find the unique code?

The unique code can be found inside the specially marked case. A code prefix will be printed before your unique code. This code prefix helps us determine which case of Great Northern was purchased. 

Purchased a 30 Pack Can case? Your 10-digit entry unique code can be found inside the specially marked case on the inner case layer that separates the cans. A code prefix will be printed before your unique code. This code prefix helps us determine which case of Great Northern was purchased. The 8-digit code printed on the carton is not your promotional entry code.

+ There is no code printed on the inside of my case?

If there is no code printed on the inside of your specially marked case, please fill in the contact form at the bottom of the FAQ page. Please ensure you attach pictures of every surface found on the inside of the case. We will endeavour to respond to you within 2 business days. Please retain your case packaging as you may be asked for further pictures. Once reviewed, we will be able to advise next steps.

+ Where can I buy the specially marked cases?

The promotion will run in participating liquor licensed outlets (including online retailers) which stock specially marked cases in Australia, while stocks last. Check your local store for stock of specially marked packs. You must claim your voucher here by 11.59pm (AEST) 01/06/2021.

+ Which cases are specially marked?

Specially marked cases include 24 packs of Great Northern Super Crisp, Original and Zero bottles, as well as 30 packs of Great Northern  Super Crisp and Original cans. Only specially marked cases have a code – regular cases of Great Northern Super Crisp, Great Northern Original and Great Northern Zero are not eligible in the promotion and do not have codes inside. 

+ Why can’t I find a specially marked case of Great Northern Zero?

Great Northern Zero is currently only available in Queensland and the Northern Territory. You can find specially marked cases in participating liquor licensed outlets in these states. 

+ Where can I spend my BCF voucher?

You can spend your voucher online or instore. Head to your nearest BCF store and present your email on your smartphone or as a printed version at the checkout. Alternatively, head here, select your items and enter your code into the ‘gift card’ field when selecting your payment option. Vouchers must be used on or before 01/09/2021.

+ Why haven’t I received an email with my BCF voucher code?

You should receive you BCF voucher via email within 20 minutes, in some cases you may need to allow up to 48 hours. Be sure to check your email including your junk/spam folder.

+ When do I need to claim my BCF voucher from the microsite by?

You must claim your voucher here by 11.59pm (AEST) 01/06/2021.

+ How long is my BCF voucher valid for?

Vouchers must be used on or before 01/09/2021. Head to your nearest BCF store and present your voucher email on your smartphone or as a printed version at the checkout. Alternatively, head here, select your items and enter your voucher number along with your pin into the ‘gift card’ field when selecting your payment option. Voucher number cannot be used in the ‘coupon code’ field.

+ Is there a minimum spend to use the BCF voucher?

There is no minimum spend to use the BCF voucher, but if you do not spend the whole value in one transaction, you will lose the balance on the voucher.

+ What happens if my order is less than my BCF voucher amount?

If the transaction total is less than the voucher value, any remaining value left on the voucher will be lost.

+ Can I use my voucher on sale items?

Vouchers can be used on sale items.

+ Where do I enter my code on the BCF website?

Once you have selected your items, you can enter your voucher number along with your pin into the ‘gift card’ field when selecting your payment option. Voucher number cannot be used in the ‘coupon code’ field.

+ Can I use my voucher on shipping?

+ Can I use more than one BCF voucher in a single transaction?

There is a limit of one BCF voucher per transaction and a limit of one BCF voucher redeemable per person, per day.

+ How many times can I enter?

You can enter up to 5 times, provided each entry is submitted separately in accordance with the Terms and Conditions. You will need to keep your receipt as a proof of purchase.

+ Am I eligible to enter this promotion?

Only Australian residents aged 18 or over can enter this promotion. Directors, officers, management and employees (and their immediate families) of the promoter; and the agencies, companies or participating premises associated with this competition are not eligible to enter this promotion.
