Christmas Delivery Time Frame

We will do our best to get your Christmas order to you in time for the big day! To ensure we can get your order into the Australia Post delivery network place your order by December 16. The warehouse will be closed from December 24 - January 1, any orders placed during this period will be dispatched as soon as they re-open.

If the items on your order are in stock your order will be dispatched the next business day.

Returns Policy

Please choose carefully as we do not offer exchanges or returns for change of mind. Returns will only be accepted if an item is faulty, wrongly described or different from the sample shown. If an item is faulty or incorrectly described or different from the sample shown we will happily meet our legal obligations by either refunding the purchase price and delivery charges, or providing a replacement product provided the item is returned within a reasonable time with proof of purchase. Shipping costs can’t be refunded if there are other items listed on the original invoice that you aren't returning. We will reimburse reasonable postage or shipping costs for returning the item to us, where you can provide us with proof of those costs. Refunds will be credited against your original method of purchase.
